Really good women’s loose fight shorts for serious training. The four-way stretch fabric handles all the movement demands of BJJ and MMA without restriction — high kicks, guard work, hip escapes, all feel natural. Loose fit is proportioned well for women’s builds. The custom design came out clean and the sublimation has held up through regular hard use. My only note is I wish the sizing went slightly higher — XS–2X works for most women but a few in our gym needed a larger option. For those who fit the range though, these are excellent training shorts and well worth the investment.
