The 85/15 nylon-spandex anti-itch blend is genuinely skin-friendly for extended mat work — hours of training without any irritation. The semi-compression fit is the key: more structure and muscle support than a standard shirt, but not as tight as full compression. You get the blood circulation and warmup benefits without feeling constricted. Full sleeve coverage is essential for protecting your arms during grappling. Holds its shape through regular washing. Excellent training shirt at a fair price.
